Fiifi & Friends, a prominent social group within the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipality, is set to hold the highly anticipated “Tarkwa Christmas Breakfast Party” on Saturday, December 27, 2025.
The event, billed as the biggest Christmas hangout of the year, is scheduled to take place at the UMaT Basic School premises beginning at 8:00 am.
The gathering, established to foster social cohesion and festive celebration, is mandated to provide a platform for residents to “Eat, Vibe, and Party” in a communal setting.
The event seeks to bridge social gaps through inclusive engagement, offering free entry to all members of the public to ensure broad participation across the municipality.
Speaking ahead of the event, Vice Chairman of the planning committee, Yaw Baffour, explained that the Breakfast Party aims to showcase a rich variety of local gastronomy while promoting unity.
According to him, the event will achieve this by serving a diverse array of dishes, including Rice and Palm Nut Soup, Waakye, Kenkey, TZ, Braised Rice (Angwa Moo), and Hausa Kooko, among others.
These efforts will be complemented by a relaxed atmosphere designed to bring the “New Face of Tarkwa” together for the holidays.
The organizers also highlighted the significance of the recreational activities planned for the day.
It was noted that the inclusion of competitive games such as Oware, Ludu, Chess, Scrabble, Table Tennis, and Bottle Flip will facilitate healthy social interaction and community bonding alongside the dining experience.
