AngloGold Ashanti Iduapriem mine graduates young women from dressmaking apprenticeship

AngloGold Ashanti Iduapriem Mine has successfully graduated 15 young women from its Girls Apprenticeship in Dressmaking Programme.

The event, which also served as an induction ceremony for 20 new apprentices, took place at the Mine’s ultra-modern vocational centre.

The Senior Manager-Sustainability, Stephen Adjei emphasized the company’s commitment to youth empowerment and community development, highlighting ongoing efforts to address unemployment and promote self-reliance among young women.
